ACTUAL RADAR DATA ON DISK
DECODE → PUBLISH
Measured server processing, before device delivery.
Network counters cover the radar host’s physical interfaces, including other applications. Source age includes upstream publication delay.

“Source unavailable” describes the feed’s observation, not an official radar outage declaration. Healthy = current polling and all three prepared products available. Cut freshness threshold: 30 minutes; poll threshold: 30 seconds. Expand a site for cut identity, tilt, source, segments and expiry.
STORAGE / DISTRIBUTION
Logical size is file content. Allocated size is filesystem blocks actually occupied. Inventory refreshes every 15 seconds; includes expired/unreferenced files until the producer removes them.
Immutable .trdz files already have a versioned, compressed,
checksummed format used by desktop and Android.
Checking incremental publication.
Publish each data object before its index. CDN discovery bypasses cache; immutable radar payloads use the edge cache.
Radar data uses a separate bucket from software releases. A separate publisher uploads complete cuts before updating indexes and removes expired objects. Clients still enforce their original 30-minute decoded-data expiry. This monitor only reads publication status.

Observation timestamps are when the monitor read the log; messages may predate startup. Incomplete cuts are rejected rather than marked complete. This monitor offers no service, source or publication controls.
